Can't review what I never received

I ordered these candles on May 25. I received an email they were shipped on June 1. I have yet to get my order. I'm very disappointed especially since I ordered candles from a different company the day after & I've had them two weeks. You should work on your shipping.

We want to totally apologize, our shipping policy states to allow 2-3 days for production and 5-7 business days for shipping, we know this is out of that time frame. We checked on your order and its look like it will be delivered on 6/17 at 8pm by usps. Please make sure to check your tracking that was sent via email. We pride our selves in making sure our customers are satisfied and orders are delivered in a timely manner and we apologize about the delay even if it was out of our hands.
